The Laser is a very simple boat with a fibreglass hull and and unstayed mast with a single sail. If you are not sailing during the winter it is worthwhile to check over the boat and fix any issues, rivets can suffer from corrosion, chips and scratches on the hull may need attention (particularly if the boat is taking on water), and the rudder/dagger board might need a bit of sanding or even filler.
